Celeste Debro
Celeste Debro is a Music Supervisor for creative control and Tyler Perry Studios and a Talent Manager. She has worked on shows including Zatima, Young Dylan, Caught Up and All The Queen’s Men. Her films include: Madea’s Destination Wedding, Mea Culpa, Find Me Falling, Divorce In The Black and The Six Triple Eight.
She prides herself on being a strategist, advocate, curator, and problem solver for independent music artists. Celeste has inserted value and understanding into artists’ lives through strategic planning, self-discovery, creative and funding solutions that give them the knowledge and confidence to gain their own successes.
Ricardo Spicer
Ricardo is an entertainment and tech entrepreneur with a focus on music production and sync licensing for Avalon Rose Consulting & SweatBeatz LLC. He has spent over two decades in the entertainment industry.
Ricardo spent 16 years with Universal Music Group and Def Jam creating marketing strategies and campaigns for the likes of Kanye West, Rick Ross, Bon Jovi, Rihanna, and Justin Bieber, among many others.
As a co-founder of the music production company SweatBeatz, he and his business partner, Dia "Kuzi" Hodari, have produced music for artists, tv, film, and ad campaigns including Killer Mike, Netflix, TNT, Nike, BET Networks, NBC, CW, MTV, Starz, Hustlers, DC Films, ESPN, Masterclass, New Balance, Sesame Street, and many more standout properties. SweatBeatz has also helped artists, writers, and production companies navigate the sync and licensing landscape through placements, product development, and catalog strategy.
As the music industry began to make a significant transition, Ricardo leveraged his experience to forge his own consulting company, AVALON ROSE CONSULTING. He has since been using his expertise in creative strategy and direct to consumer engagement for indie and major artists/labels and brands including Def Jam, 300 Entertainment, Alphasights, Foundry 45, Jack Daniels, and many others.


Mike Carpenter
Mike is an experienced music supervisor with a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for the power of music. An adept musician and songwriter, he brings a unique, hands-on perspective, blending his musical expertise with his love for artistry.
Now based in Atlanta after stops in Los Angeles and Milwaukee, Mike has worked in many corners of the music industry, wearing multiple hats as a curator, writer, and performer. His diverse range of experiences have given him a broad understanding of both the creative and practical aspects of music supervision and licensing, making him an invaluable asset to the team.
An avid record collector with a penchant for ethnomusicology, Mike’s commitment to music transcends his professional role - he is an advocate for artists and loves music history, constantly seeking new sounds and innovative ways to tell stories.
Aimme Harris
Aimme has established a strong foundation in music sync licensing, supporting the administration of music placements across film, television, and digital media. She currently serves as the organizational "glue" at FRSH WAV, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and operational efficiency across teams to keep the organization running smoothly.
As a creative, Aimme is a seasoned artist and musician with over 15 years of experience in the music industry. Known for her soulful sound and compelling songwriting, she has honed her craft both on stage and in the studio. Love God. Love people, Love MUSIC!
